At HotelWholesale.eu, we are committed to delivering high-quality hospitality products to our business clients. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within the terms outlined below.
This policy applies to all orders placed through hotelwholesale.eu. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Items must include all tags, labels, and accessories as delivered.
- You must provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@hotelwholesale.eu with your order details.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customised or personalised products (e.g. towels, bathrobes, linens, or slippers with embroidered logos, monograms, or custom branding).
- Opened or used amenity products (e.g. shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion, shower gel, and other toiletries that have been unsealed or partially used), for hygiene reasons.
- Items that have been washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Software licences that have been activated or redeemed.
- Products marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase.
Step 1: Contact us at info@hotelwholesale.eu within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Step 2: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions and a return reference number.
Step 3: Ship the item(s) back to us in their original packaging using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@hotelwholesale.eu. Include photos of the issue and your order number.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- Return shipping for defective or incorrect items will be covered by HotelWholesale.eu.
7. BULK / WHOLESALE ORDERS
For large or bulk orders, return terms may be subject to the conditions agreed upon in your purchase agreement or quotation. If specific return terms were included in your order confirmation, those terms take precedence over this general policy.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation request is received before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it falls under the return policy above.
