The Website is operated by SYG Hospitality, registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 99667932, with its business address at Poelenburg 419, 1504 NV Zaandam, The Netherlands ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.
HotelWholesale.eu is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale platform that supplies hospitality products including, but not limited to, linens and bedding, room amenities, electronics, furniture, and hotel management software. Our products and services are intended for business customers such as hotels, yacht operators, hospitals, and other hospitality businesses.
By placing an order on our Website, you confirm that:
- You are acting on behalf of a registered business or commercial entity.
- You have the authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of that entity.
- You are at least 18 years of age.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any party at our discretion.
4. ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods displayed on the Website at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. For bulk orders, shipping terms may be agreed separately.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours to info@hotelwholesale.eu.
Returns and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy, which is available on our Website and forms part of these Terms.
